Counselling
I offer counselling online via GoogleMeet, over the phone, or Walking Therapy.
What I can help with:
I'm a Therapeutic Counsellor with extensive experience working with children, young people and adults with ASD/ADHD, trauma histories and a variety of mental health issues. With three years of training in Canterbury, alongside years of experience and volunteering as a counsellor in the local community, I have a range of therapeutic approaches to offer each individual client. These include CBT, Person Centred, TA and more. I am experienced in helping those with suicidality, PTSD, cPTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, EUPD, psychosis, schizophrenia, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD/ASD and abuse. There's no issue too big or small to benefit from counselling.

How I Work,

It's important to me that when we work together, you always feel safe and comfortable. Though growth and change can feel challenging at times, I will never push you into areas that you don't feel ready to manage. We go at your pace, always.

Regardless of which service you choose, the space I create is judgement free, and inclusive. Clients of all races, genders, cultures, religions, LGBTQ+, and neurodiversity are welcome.

Online Counselling
Online Therapy is ideal for those who need a safe space to talk and explore without having to travel. Great for people who can be short on time, find in-person meetings too intense, or prefer their home environment. Sessions can be structured and therapist-led, or you can bring whatever is on your mind on the day, either way, you'll feel the benefit.

Walking Therapy
Walking Therapy sessions offer a unique opportunity to connect with nature in the Thanet area. It's talking therapy on the move, which is ideal for those who find safety in movement, prefer in-person sessions, and want to deepen their connection with the natural environment. Sessions involve guided walks with a focus on connecting with your senses, calming your mind, and developing an appreciation for the natural world.
